Payment and Delivery
For online payments, the amount will be charged to your credit card upon completing your order. In the event of a possible order cancellation or stock issues, refunds to your credit card will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
Delivery
We strive to dispatch the products you order on the same day. For products that require longer preparation times, the delivery period is indicated as 3 business days in the product details. You will be informed in case of any expected delivery delays.
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide the address where you will be available during the day as the delivery address.
Your requests will be processed based on the delivery type you selected at the end of the order. Orders are delivered to the shipping company no later than (three) business days after confirmation.
You can consult our customer service representative for different delivery conditions. Additionally, deliveries are only available within Turkey.
Payment Tracking
If the system encounters any issues preventing the transaction, you will be informed at the end of the payment page.
In case of an error in the specified address, the order provider will be contacted regarding the undeliverable order.
The validity of the email address provided by the visitor is confirmed via an automatic email sent after the order is placed.
We are as responsible to the bank that processes the credit card transaction as we are to our customers for ensuring delivery.
Please Note!
If you believe that the package was damaged during shipment, please open and inspect it in the presence of the courier. If the product appears damaged, have the courier prepare a damage report and do not accept the product.
Once the product is received, it is considered that the shipping company has fulfilled its duty.
If the product is damaged: Please report the prepared damage report to contact@vivavoxt.com as soon as possible.
By following these steps, we will initiate the necessary actions and ensure that the product is delivered again as soon as possible.
